DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipments are made from France via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier.

Estimated delivery times:
• Metropolitan France: 1 to 4 business days
• Europe: 3 to 6 business days

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free delivery for purchases over €39.

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

The indicated deadlines are estimates and may vary depending on the period.

UMA Coffee is responsible for the product until its delivery to the customer. In case of loss or non-receipt, please contact us so that we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

It is recommended to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any reservations with the carrier if necessary.

RETURNS

Due to the food nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in case of defective product or order error. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods likely to deteriorate quickly.

If you notice a problem upon receipt (damaged product, error), please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.

We will do what is necessary to offer you a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
