PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are specialty coffees, mainly sold as whole beans.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. The photographs are non-contractual.

PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

UMA Coffee reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

ORDER

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

The customer declares to have the legal capacity to contract.

PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments are secured via solutions offered by Shopify.

DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are indicative. UMA Coffee cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

In case of loss or non-receipt, the customer is invited to contact UMA Coffee.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products liable to deteriorate quickly.

Thus, no returns will be accepted except in the case of a defective product or an order error.

LIABILITY

UMA Coffee cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product.

UMA Coffee's liability cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet network.

PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the order is necessary for its management and is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logo, brand) are the exclusive property of UMA Coffee.

Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without authorization.

APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

MEDIATION

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
